Q: How long has your factory been in business?

A: We are a factory that develops and manufactures circuit breakers. We have been in operation for 15 years.

Q: What is the size of your facility and how many workers do you employ?

A: Our factory covers an area of 2,100 square meters and has 16 to 35 employees. We will adjust the number of production workers based on the production order requirements.

Q: Do you have your own R&D team? 

A: We have our own research and development team.

Q: Do you have experience working with major global brands?

A: We have experience in manufacturing for the well-known brand ABB.

Q: Are you compliant with local environmental regulations? 

A: Our production environment fully complies with China's environmental protection regulations.

 

Product & Customization

Q: Do you support OEM/ODM services?

A: Our products can be produced on a contract basis, under a license, or sold under our own brand. Orders can be placed according to the customer's requirements.

Q: Can you manufacture based on our technical drawings or prototypes? 

A: We have all the technical capabilities and expertise to develop and produce based on the drawings provided by the customers. We are more than willing to serve you.

Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: Our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. We can also provide sample orders for you to try out.

Q: Can you provide a prototype/sample before mass production? 

A: We can also provide sample sheets for you to try out.

Q: How long does it take for custom sample development?

A: The development cycle of our products is usually around 15 to 30 days.

Q: Do you provide free samples?

A: We can provide sample sheets for your trial use, but the shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Q: Can I mix different colors or models in one MOQ order?

Quality Assurance

Q: How do you control product quality?

A: Our factory strictly controls each process according to the following management steps.

1. Source control: Research and development and supplier access management
● The strict selection and control of the core raw materials (such as copper parts, silver contacts, plastic casings, electromagnetic coils, and trip devices) for circuit breakers directly determine the product quality. Therefore, a supplier classification system needs to be established:
◇ Pre-admission review of qualifications (production license, quality system certification), sample testing, on-site factory inspection;
◇ Regular incoming material inspection during cooperation (such as the conductivity of copper parts, the flame retardant grade of plastic, the purity of silver contacts), non-compliant materials are directly returned;
◇ Establish a list of qualified suppliers, and eliminate unstable suppliers.
2. Process Control: Standardized Operations in the Production Phase
● Standardization of production lines and error-proof design formulate standardized operation procedures (SOP), clearly defining the operation specifications for each process, such as:
◇ The sequence of component assembly, torque requirements (such as the tightening force of screws to avoid loose or tight situations that cause poor contact);
◇ Parameters for processes such as welding and injection molding (temperature, time), to prevent short circuits and shell deformation; at the same time, introduce error-proof devices, such as sensors in the automated assembly line to avoid missing parts or incorrect model installation.
● Process inspection and first-piece inspection
◇ Conduct first-piece inspection before each batch of production, confirmed by the quality inspector that the size, assembly, and performance of the first-piece product meet the requirements, and only after passing can mass production be carried out;
◇ During production, the quality inspector conducts regular inspections of each process, such as checking the assembly gap and the clarity of marking printing, promptly identifying deviations and making adjustments.
3. Core Assurance: Comprehensive Testing and Trials
Testing is the key to controlling the quality of circuit breakers, covering the entire stages of incoming materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, divided into regular testing and type tests:
● Regular Testing (mandatory for each batch)
◇ Appearance and size inspection: Check if the casing has scratches or deformation, whether the dimensions of components are in accordance with the drawings, and if the markings are clear and complete;
◇ Electrical performance testing: Test the temperature rise, contact resistance, insulation resistance (to prevent leakage), dielectric strength (resistance to high-voltage breakdown) under the rated current;
◇ Trip characteristic testing: Verify the accuracy of overload trip and short-circuit trip, such as when the overload is 1.3 times the rated current, it should trip within the specified time; during a short circuit, it should trip instantly to avoid line damage;
◇ Mechanical life test: Simulate closing and opening operations (usually requiring thousands to tens of thousands of times), to ensure the stability of the mechanical structure.
● Type Test (mandatory for new products or design changes) Entrust a third-party laboratory or own testing laboratory to conduct extreme breaking capacity tests, heat resistance tests, corrosion resistance tests, electromagnetic compatibility tests, etc., to verify the performance of the product under extreme conditions, ensuring compliance with certification requirements (such as CE, CCC, UL).

Q: Do you have dedicated staff responsible for after-sales service?

A: We have a customer service team that can help you solve any post-sale issues.

Q: What are your pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service processes?(你们的售前,售中和售后服务的流程是怎样的?)

A: 1. Pre-sales Service Plan:
1. Product Introduction: When customers inquire about the product, we will provide detailed product information, including the product's features, technical parameters, application scope, etc., to help customers better understand the product.
2. Solution Customization: According to the specific needs of customers, we will offer personalized solution customization services to meet their specific requirements.
3. Technical Support: We will provide a professional technical support team to help customers solve technical problems encountered during product selection and usage. topic.
2. Service Plan During Sales:
1. Order Tracking: We will establish a comprehensive order tracking system to promptly update the status of customer orders, ensuring that customers can keep track of the progress of their orders in a timely manner.
2. Product Training: We will provide product usage training to customers, covering product operation methods, after-sales servers, and other contents, to help customers use the products more effectively.
3. After-sales Service Commitment: After the product delivery, we will offer a certain period of after-sales service commitment, including free repairs, technical support, and other services, to ensure that customers can use the products with peace of mind.

Q: Do you accept third-party inspections? 

A: Our products support third-party inspection methods.

Q: Do you perform 100% inspection before packing?

A: Before our products are packaged, a 100% comprehensive inspection will be conducted and each item will be printed with a traceability code.

Q: What happens if the goods arrive damaged?

A: We will ensure that the goods are delivered intact to the freight forwarding company. If the goods are damaged due to our product quality, we will re-send them. If the damage is caused by transportation, the freight forwarding company will compensate for it and re-send the goods.

Q: Do you provide a warranty? If so, for how long?

A: We offer a one-year warranty period.

 

Production & Order Process

Q: What is the delivery time for standard products? 

A: The production cycle for our standard products usually lasts around 10 to 20 days.

Q: What is the delivery time for custom-made products? 

A: Customized products, based on the product requirements, usually take around 30 days.

Q: What is your monthly production capacity?

A: Our monthly production capacity is 20,000 circuit breakers.

Q: How do you ensure on-time delivery? 

A: We have sufficient raw materials, production equipment and production personnel. Once an order is received, we will pre-arrange the personnel to ensure the products are delivered ahead of schedule.

Q: Will I receive regular updates (photos/videos) during production? 

A: During the production process, we can provide you with pictures and videos of the production at any time.

Q: What is the lead time for repeat orders? 

A: We will give priority to the delivery of the returned orders.

 

Payment & Commercial Terms

Q: Which shipping terms do you support (EXW, FOB, DDP)?

A: We support the EXW and FOB trade delivery methods.

Q: What is your standard payment term? 

A: For our standard products, a 30% advance payment is required, followed by a 70% final payment. For customized products, a 50% advance payment and a 50% final payment are necessary.

Q: What is your custom-made products payment term? 

A: Customized products require a 50% advance payment and a 50% balance payment.

Q: Do you offer any discounts for large volume orders?

A: If you place a large order, we will offer you the most favorable discount price for our products.

Q: What currencies do you accept (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.)? 

A: USD, RMB

Q: How are the products packaged for international shipping? 

A: According to your request, we will pack and ship your goods. You can provide the packaging boxes, or we can also handle the purchase of the packaging boxes for you.
